Mark as Useful The phone often rings at supper time and this number appears on my call display. If I answer I hear a party in progress and no-one answers the phone. After 3o seconds I am disconnected and if I phone back--did this twice-- a voice says "there is no-one to speak to you. Have a shitty day."

Mark as Useful Claims to want to change my business' At&t service and give me a flat rate and an 8% discount for the next 12 months. They are very persistent, I've received up to three calls a day over the last few months. According to what I've gathered by looking up the number, it is a scam.
